There are no tribal funds, or any type of donations that help keep ROWC running. It's all just time and effort contributed by me, Junior, to make the best sites available for viewing. I am a website designer who is a self-taught. There were no classes taken where I learned how to do the things I'm doing. Well, one internet class was taken, but nothing new was learned from it, but now, I have this class to say I know something about webpage building.
